I am drinking it as given out in numerous sites on urine therapy.First day 3 drops of midstream urine first thing in morning below the tongue. Second day 7 drops. Third day 7 drops in morning and evening also.This itself should give you dramatic results.Thereafter I am continuing once daily in the morning and slowly increasing the dosage. Now I am at approximately 30 ml dose.It is also having holistic health benefits besides herpes!It may give you few side effects like muscular pain, listlessness,fatigue etc but do not worry aa it means it is working just like in homoeopathy. Just reduce the dose if you like and increase again when you feel better.
