I did see something like those when I used the Russian sputnik zapper. Barefoot also posted in his big book, I believe, pix of orange cubic "stones" that came out. I had exactly the same thing -- very orange (more so than what you posted) and I regretted not checking them for a magnetic field. Anyway, very unusual.
