HELLOO there,
I sure wish you would give some insights on the juicefasting forum. It is quite a quiet group. I found I couldn't do The Master Cleanse because of the salt flush. The first day I did it I had good results but retained so so much fluid for some odd reason. The next day I woke up...got on the scales..and had gained 4 pounds from it, and felt very puffy. I came to the conclusion that this type of flush can't be good for me, so I am off with juice fasting and enemas. I know there is much conflicting opinions about enemas, but unless I did somthing wrong, I think it was even worse for me to blow up like a balloon with the salt.
