Trying to get pregnant... safe candida treatments? by #65224 ..... Candida & Dysbiosis Forum

I need to do some long-term work on my candida overgrowth, but I'm looking for something quick and safe to use locally to get rid of a yeast infection. I'm concerned that the infection might make it difficult to get pregnant. What do you suggest? Does organic sugar-free plain yogurt work? What about garlic capsules?
Also, while on the topic of garlic, I bought some "no odor" garlic (500mg I think) and planned to take it 3x/day to help with systemic candida. I took the first dose and then all day long was burping a strong garlic smell/taste... it was disgusting and I couldn't continue taking it. Is there any truly odorless garlic or will I just have to deal with the constant garlic taste/smelly burps if I want to get rid of candida?
