Thanks! I think I'm going to have to bring a bottle to work.. Thank goodness I have my own office. This end of the day looking at the computer with this headache is no good. I do however feel like it's a build up of sorts and that I better start doing some more healthy things for myself before I feel like this all the time. I was just looking at the Master Cleanse, but I'm not sure I can do that for 10 days.

The other thing I think could be causing this is that I've been taking Turmeric for about a week as well to try to clear up an irritating boil situation I've had for about 14 years! And.. TMI I think it's making me consitpated, but it's clearing the problem I've had for soooo long so I don't want to stop taking it.

Sheesh.. what's a girl to do.
