Thanks for all the great info. I don't eat a lot of sugar, but I do love fruit and when I buy fresh fruit and cut it up, I sprinkle Sugar on it and put it in the fridge for a couple hours. I eat something like that about twice a week. And of course, there are all those hidden sugars in my carbs that I forget to count so yes, I probably eat way too much sugar.
