On last nights flush I put 6 lever tablespoons of Epsom Salts into 3 cups of water, instead of 4. Followed the Hulda recipe, but this morning after my bowel evacuations, all day long I have had intense pain on my side in the liver area.
Can someone comment on what it is that Epsom Salts does, and why an increase of dosage might cause this reaction?
