those last 2 posts were really good to hear!i will def. eat healthily in spain and make it a priority to balance the fact i am taking the drugs for a few days. it was quite ironic, when i got the prescription earlier (which made me feel like a Hypocrite!) the bag read ''putting your health first'' what can i say...it just made me think a lil! how the pharmacuetical industry is primarily a profit maker and its propaganda is everywhere!

anyway guys im off soon to enjoy a week of sun (hopefully) ill be back as always in a week!
