Hello. I just finished my first MC, and quit after day 5 because I am going on-call for work. I would like to go longer next time. My questions are:

Should I expect more than just cayenne pepper-infused butt pee to come out? I eliminated a bunch of gunk on days 2 and 3, but just water on days 4 and 5.

Is it ok to use digestive enzymes (such as Wobenzyme) during the flush? I used that over a course of 3 weeks (while not on the cleanse) for a systemic infection, and it really loosened stuff up from my intestines.

When does the mucoid plaque come out? Do I have to do a 40 day Master-Cleanse to hope for that?

I did my cleanse to eliminate my multiple chemical sensitivity. What does come out of me definitely smells like chemicals.
