This is on a fast that looks like:

Thursday: 16 oz. apple/carrot juice with 16oz. water in morning, at least 16 oz. pure green juice (kale, celery, cucumber, chard, romaine, spinach, dandelion greens, etc.) in afternoon with 8-16 oz. apple/carrot "chaser".

Friday: Water when thirsty

Saturday: 16 oz. apple/carrot juice with 16oz. water in morning, at least 16 oz. pure green juice (kale, celery, cucumber, chard, romaine, spinach, dandelion greens, etc.) in afternoon with 8-16 oz. apple/carrot "chaser".

Sunday: Water when thirsty

Monday: (Equivalent of Friday for my job) As much juice of one chose fruit as desired. I've done Watermelon both times so far.

Tuesday: Leftovers of that fruit, green juice.

Wednesday: Water when thirsty.

I'll let you know what's going on at day 20!
