Okay, I would like to know what are the best things to use in order to clean the teeth on a daily basis? Assuming no dental work, only natural teeth.

Currently I am using baking soda w/ a big of Sea Salt , and separately xylitol which I swish in the mouth 5-10 minutes and then spit out. I wouldn't mind using a "toothpaste" but nothing with fluoride or sodium lauryl sulfate/sulfeth etc. Also I rinse with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide from time to time, but not on a regular basis.
