I have also been looking into doing nut butters after my fast.
Do you or anyone know how I can make nut butters?
Do I just use a food processor and add oil to nuts that aren't very oily?
Or is nut butter really bad for you?
I was almost addicted to Nuttela for awhile before my fast. I need to replace it with something healthier without feeling completely deprived. (course there was chocolate in it so I may always crave it :)
