Hi Leonardo,

Actually, my coconut oil is congealed today, too. It's a cold
day in Florida (by our tropical standards), and coconut oil congeals
at around 76 degrees. But I can
still use a spoon to get what I
need.

I hope you enjoy a very early
Spring in the north.
