Is it better to take the Epsom Salt with water alone, or is it ok to mix with fresh grapefruit or apple juice.


i mean people are mixing it with juices now a days to remove the horrible after taste and awfulness of the salt and water mixture, i would like to know which is better to get more stones out / flush my liver .
