Yes, do it again! My first time, I brought up ALL the olive oil (I did the 1 pint oo flush!!) at 2am and went for pancakes the next morning I was so pissed off. I passed nothing much to my naturopath's amazement. 2 months later did it again and it transformed my health forever. (that was ten years ago). Sometimes the liver seems to need a practice run.
