Fighting candida is a battle. I have had success but for me, I have to be really strict with my diet. I can't have dairy products, any kind of sugars, hardly any carbohydrates, no vinegar - The list is huge. I have been able to get all health problems resolved and go for up to a year without having a reoccurence of the health problems. I recently decided that the reoccurence may be caused by parasites, and started there. I would suggest, that if you truly want to get well, make sure your intestines are free of parasites and plaque. You can do this while fighting the candida. I would also suggest that you do a very strict diet and take caprylic acid, as this is the only thing that has really helped me. Some people have had similar success with Tanalbit. The health food store formula's never worked for me. Tanalbit and caprylic acid are available at the health food store in the same department. You start by taking one per meal, slowly increasing to 3. Monitor everything you eat (read labels) and be strong. No fruit, no sugar, no potato, no white rice, no wheat, no vinegar, no dairy, no eggs, no corn. Everyone laughs at me because I just eat dry oats, meat, poultry and green vegetables, but I am getting better and better. Good luck and be strong, it is worth the effort!
