The first time I completed the Master-Cleanse for 13 days w/ no problem. my roommate was out of town and there were no temptations around. just lemons and maple syrup. I have been trying for several weeks to start again but have only managed to make it a couple of days each time. I think you really have to be in the right mind set to get through this and really think about what a good thing you are doing for yourself. I'm trying again tomorrow. I know if I get the first four days over with I will be able to make it to 10. Good luck!
