ACIDOPHILUS, a "friendly" organism of the digestive system and intestines is nature's cure to treat, cure and prevent acne. It can be found in yogurt or bought as a dietary supplement.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS. I've suffered with Acne for 9 yrs. While on a diet I began snacking on yogurt and my skin cleared for 2 yrs. Then I stopped eating yogurt and my skin went back to breaking out terribly. A week ago I remembered that it was when I stopped eating yogurt that I developed Acne again. I rushed to the drug store for a bottle of ACIDOPHILUS and w/in a week my skin is almost completely clear, the best it has looked all year.
