Hi there!

I've done about 8 or 9 cleanses. I would go to the bathroom the *entire* night. As soon as I started taking the ES, it would be constant trips (mostly just passing water). It was terrible b/c I wouldn't sleep hardly at all due to so many bathroom trips.

Finally, it occurred to me that the Epsom Salt dosage might be too much as I'm a smaller person. Last time I reduced the amount of ES and it was much more bearable. I actually slept through the night.

You may have to experiment, b/c it depends on your body. My friend is not much bigger than me and she can take the full dose and hardly go. I can do fine with 2 to 3 Tbs.
