I think I'll go another month.
I want to lose 30 more pounds.
Every morning I weigh myself so I did Thursday (before the flush) and Friday (after) and I lost 1 pound (which is surprising because after my 1st flush I gained a pound).
Then I weighed myself Saturday, after passing all those ropes and stuff on Friday afternoon and I lost 5 pounds!!!
I'm so glad that blockage is gone.
My stomach is flatter now and I lost another pound this morning.
We'll see what happens this week since I am cleaner inside now.
