hi to all, i'm beginning another p and b Colon Cleanse after a layoff of about 3 months. i'm calling this my spring cleaning! i'd like to clean up my liver a bit at this time also, but i'm just really not ready for a coffee enema, which i have heard is really a good thing to do. i am also going to start taking milk thistle tea twice a day, and and a few milk thistle caps too. anyone have any ideas on what else i can do to get me going on my spring cleanup?? thanks a bunch..........peenut
