Great information! I'm so glad you responded with such detail because I thought I was doing something wrong. I think it's working because like clockwork about 30 min after drinking the Sea Salt water I go 3 or 4 times. It's just that I was expecting to see some plaque removed but so far nothing like that has occurred. Just "regular" diarrhea. Then again, it's only my second day. Thanks again!
