Hello Shannon, the best place I had had on the internet was a supportgroup called www.harmonious-living.com (then go on Our circle). Many of the group members eat raw food but they support anybody who wants to make progress. Through them I also found the wonderful page of fasting at the tanglewoodcenter.

Doing a fast in a wellnesscenter is a lot more support then just doing it alone at home. I also overeat, which has spiritual roots and therefore I want to fast as long as it is necessary to get to better eating habits. I have tried so many years and years but I will not give up because I still feel I deserve true health. I want to loose about 30 pounds.
when I am overeating I know I am running away from things that I need to face and am afraid to look at.
