This is my first time doing the cleanse. I am on day 6 and I have lost about 8 pounds so far. Does anyone know if this weight comes back quickly after you start eating again? I am enjoying feeling lighter and it is motivation to keep up the healthy eating habits and the exercise once this is done. Any ideas?
