hello everyone,
I am looking for some guidance. I was just recently diagnosed with hypoadrenia (by a naturopath) and i am surprised that it was not 'labeled' this years ago.
My symptoms are:
low blood pressure 50/80
fatique
crave salt
fatique upon arising, energy at night
slight annemia
allergies, depression, brain fog
i got it all and have pretty much had it all my life. the allergies are under control thanks to allergy Drops and hormone balancing. Also I have been on thyroid (1 grain) for a year now, just got thyroid bloodwork and everything is optimum in that area.

My naturopath wants me to do a kelation of magnesium , b's, and vitamin c
she also has me on enzymatic therapy's adrenal supplement.
its been 3 weeks , i dont feel any different. possibly because i just learned of a tooth root abcess. its very small, but could be contributing to the fatique. i refuse to take Antibiotics because it takes me 6 months to a year to rebalance my body from the damage that the Antibiotics do. Also in March i took steroids for the first time and that was a big mistake. now i am recovering from the damage they did which may have actually made my adrenals worse. any comments on this?

Any feedback or suggestions of direction to take will be appreciated
