thanks for the tips.
My problem is actually Acne. I believe it's related to toxins on my liver.
All that stuff that you said that is good, should I buy them in form of suplemments, like tablets and take all together?
Where can I find a step by step guide to the Hulda method online?

I have been on a high protein diet for the last 6 months. Could this damage my liver? I need to take high protein because I work out for bulk up. Is there anything I can do to avoid problems?
