I think that the realization of individuality is of most vital importance, crucial even. An assesment of ones individual make-up is called for, and it is difficult. I find the bloodtype differentiation a good start. The logic beeing quite basic; we cannot donate blood to each other at random! Ergo; we are different and have varied ways of secreeting, absorbing, metabolizing. Our needs are individual. Once the basic guidelines are integrated in daily intake, the sensitivity sharpens as to what is definitely not good for us! Operating with elimination strategy might take too much time. Bloodtype assesment and cleanses/flushes, educating not medicating!
