HI,

Have you thought about trying the specific carbohydrate diet. It eliminates everything most of us find harder to digest, taking alot of strain off the system. Food passes through you more effectively, so there is less time for gas to build up. I do nor know if you suffer with constipation, but I know people with this diagnosis often do.
