could you keep me updated on the p&b shakes. i started with one
sat.& two on sun. but sunday nite i had really bad reflux,
i followed the directions& had plenty of water. so yesterday i
didnt have any. ill try it again soon. how many a day are you
doing & at what times.

today is day 6,its been tough so far,but im looking forward
to all the positive benefits to come,physically,mentally&
spiritually,one day at a time.
