My day 4 (yesterday) was lousy-- I felt tired and achey, did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (with no results!) and questioned whether or not I should continue. I did, and I'm so glad!!! Day 5 has been so much better. I feel great today. More energy than I've had in months, maybe years. And I'm free of the food cravings, too! I had to go out to buy more lemons and syrup, and I wasn't even tempted by any of the wonderful food at the market. I even took my big yellow Lab to the dog park to play-- we both needed some fresh air and sunshine!
Take it an hour or two at a time today, if you need to-- and if you can hang in there, I firmly believe that good things are just around the corner!!!
