It is very likely that your gallbladder is trying to move out some bigger stones, that don't quite mangage to come out, and this blocks its exit. This is what must also have happened before you started liver cleansing. For the same reason, the gallbladder doesn't accept enough bile, which makes it very difficult to digest food, so the stomach feels sick or nausesous. And so, the last cleanse couldn't get the gallbladder release enough or bile to release stones except the two tiny ones.

The Gold Coin Grass mentioned in the my book would be helpful in reducing the size of whatever stones in the gallblader cause this situation. Chanca Piedra extract from ashaninka.com would also be useful, 20-30 drop in a glass of water three times daily. If you can do another liver flush, it may remove it, but it ihard to predict. Unless you feel an increased dosage of the oil mixture would make you feel sick, you could increase the amount by one third. Freshly-made vegetable soups, perhaps blended with a blender, is perhaps you best choice with regard to diet at the moment.
