Hi Andreas,

For the past 6 years I've been dealing with candida. Around the time the candida started, I started getting sweating episodes and hot flashes a few days before my period and it lasts for the duration. I'm 34 years old, so this has been going on since I was 28. I don't think I'm in peri-menopause because my periods have always been about every 26 to 28 days and that hasn't changed. Why is my candida condition causing this VERY uncomfortable situation around the time of my period? I've asked around and no young woman I know has the "hot" thing like I do when she has her period, so I assume it has something to do with the candida. What can I do about this? It doesn't seem like I'll ever get rid of the candida so I'm frazzled.
