Hello,

I don't know why people fear the Liver Flush so much. They gear up for it like it's some kind of major operation. I remember feeling some trepidation, but I went ahead and it was a breeze. I recently read online about someone who posted a fear about having an enema. An enema, can you believe it? I am so much more fearful of having to undergo anesthesia and major surgery, not to mention obtaining a disease like cancer, heart disease or serious bowel problems.

These cleanses and dlushes seem so much easier on the body than having chronic conditions.
