I have been taking Psyllium and Bentonite shakes for a few weeks. I'm getting rid of what resembles mucoid plaque, but way less extreme looking then the pictures. But now I am getting mucus looking poop. It looks like snotty poop. I'm also starting up my cayenne pepper pills again that are supposed to get rid of mucus. I don't remember it coming out in my poop before but of course I never examined my poop so closely before, but I usually did glance at it to make sure everything looked kosher, tee hee. So why am I getting mucus poop P&B or cayenne? Is this normal? Thanks.
