I have been seriously considering Blessed Herbs as well (I tried the P&B's and they really constipated me - ugh).

Anyway, because I have Candida< I'm not supposed to have fruit and sugar. Do you think that I could substitute apple cider vinegar for the apple juice? (I've noticed that a lot of the cleanses require apple juice)
