Hi guys,

I've been using P&B to cleanse my colon for nearly 4 months now. Lately I've increased the amounts of psyllium and Bentonite and have been passing more and more ropes. I started to wonder if it was all actually mucoid plaque, as I couldn't work out how everything that's come out could possibly all fit inside me. I'm not that big!

Then I found a link posted by Johanna to a post by Andreas, where he says that he thinks P&B actually creates the ropes (link below).

Is this true? Is everything thats been coming out of me just a mix of P&B? Is there anyway to tell for sure? I was thinking of using food colouring to dye the psyllium, but I'm not sure that would show up in any case.

I'd appreciate any guidance or reassurance!
