There is nothing to be scared of when bowel cleansing. The ropes and such usually are not as dramatic as in the pictures, but I did pass some ropes after a few days on the P&B cleanse.
I suppose you have read through the Bowel Cleanse FAQ section? It is very informative.
I highly encourage you to do the cleanses. It was painless for me. I changed my diet somewhat........eliminated hydroganted fats from my diet and only eat good oils for me like olive, coconut and flax seed oil. Read up on the section on foods that heal to give you insight in the changes to make in your diet and your life.
I feel so much better these days after making these changes and doing cleanses. You will too.
