Hi Markus and Karen,

Me too! This is my first day of my first ever fast but am only planning 4 days. This is sort of like a trial run I guess. Later in April I am hoping to do a combination of a few cleanses but before I jump in head first I'm testing out the water, so to speak :)

The morning this morning was terrible .. just because of the end of daylight savings and I was such a klutz. But right now I'm on my lunch break and am here instead of eating the left over party food from a celebration at work last Friday. Anyway, I'll keep anyone that wants to know, completely updated this whole day.

And I'd like to see how you two (and any other's) are going too :)
