I could not find a GOOD GRADE Maple syrup this side of the globe (I live in Namibia, Southern Africa), so I opted for Molasses.

Another thang, I tried using b&p the second morning of my fast, and the mixture became this putty-like substance that I swallowed down(could'nt find liquid Bentonite either)- All is secreted since then, but I am not sure if it works that well, if the mixture turns into putty before I swallow it?
