Hi Everyone!

I am desperate to find a program that I can tolerate- I have irritable bowel, which manifests as severe constipation, bloating, painful gas and pain and throbbing in the intestines. I'm afraid that HH might constipate me further.....can anyone help me with this? I'm completely dependant on enemas at this time, and have severe fibro which is worsened by this because it presses on all the nerves in my back and legs....and the herbal laxative I was taking on and off( Schulze) causes me severe cramping and pain, and I think has weakened my bowel further.....
