I'm geeting ready for a 10 day cleanse (Larry Clap) at the end of the month. Being in the UK, I am having to order the stuff from America.
Looking ahead after the cleanse, I want to take a suppliment daily to keep my intestine and bowel moving. Can anyone tell me what I can take. I know a very little about flax seeds.
I will be ordering my stuff in the coming days and my thinking is that if I need other suppiments after my cleanse, then I may as well order them at the same time and try yo save money on the shipping costs.
