Im starting The Master Cleanser in the morning, and Im wanting to make a full days worth of the drink, can someone help me with how much cayenne, lemon,maple syrup I should use w/ 1-gallon of water? I don't know if this question gets asked a lot but it would be really helpful to me. THANKS LETA
