I am happy to share everything I know. Simply keep in mind that I have 30 years of experience in working with people to make the dietary and lifestyle changes that result in conditions of improved health. Overwhelmingly, my experience has taught me that the number one cause of illness and dis-ease is misinformation. Misinformation leads to uncertainty and confusion. Misinformation prevents people from becoming more proactive in their own self care. Anyway, I am very appreciative
