Dear Like it or Not,
I am studying the process of increasing Alkalinity. My Urine pH is 5.5, and My doctor told me to go on the South Beach diet, and come back in two nonths.
I am sure that regimented diets are good for many people. I would prefer to use the list from the Godsdirectcontact. com website, and choose the foods I wish to eat, and keep the percentage of Acid foods limited.
Details of flushing options are discussed various places on Curezone.
Progress toward alkalinity can be assisted with flushing, but it is not the whole answer.
Other options include:
Alkaline Water, drops or Baking Soda.
Alkaline Building foods.
Excercises particularly aimed toward the Lymph System, which is part of the immune system, and part of the flushing system. Since I am 5.5 acidic, right now, I am limiting my exercizes, until I get my immune system in better shape. I am holding off going 20 minutes to get Aerobic. I feel that longer, Aerobic exercies may stress the immune system when my pH is under say 6.5. Once I reach 6.5, I will feel OK stressing my immune system with Aerobic Exercise, and it will probably help bring my alklinity further up.
I did some Yoga and Back Exercises and running/rocking in place. Running in place on a mini-trampoline, for 10 minutes is also good for the Lymph system, and re-establishing bone mass after being in space.
Flusing options include:
Seaweed extract, such as Chlorella and Spirulina.
DeTox herbs.
I am trying some of the Chlorella and Spirulina tablets. I may need more flushing, but I am trying to eat more of the right foods. I used to eat beef regularly.I am trying to cut back on the Wheat and the Meats I used to enjoy. Switching to chicken breasts.
Blessings
