A SALIVA pH below 6.4 - 6.8 (any time of day), a URINE pH below 6.0 - 6.5 (in the morning) and a URINE pH below 6.4 - 7.0 (in the evening) would be considered by most sources to be low (i.e. acidic). An acid condition forces the body to borrow minerals (calcium, sodium, postassium, magneium, etc.) from bones and vital organs.

In SALIVA, this points to the activity of the digestive enzymes and suggests that the body may be producing too many acids (especially in the liver and the stomach). It also indicates that the body has lost its ability to remove acids through the urine. In URINE, this suggests that the body's buffering system is overwhelmed (a state of "autotoxication").

At this point, you may want to eliminate sugar, wheat, milk, o.j., vinegars and the like completely from your diet, and start eating lemons, watermelon, stevia and other alkalinizing foods. Try supplementing your food choices with calcium citrate or calcium carbonate (coral calcium) if you anre so inclined, and stop them when your pH reaches the 6.0 to 7.0 range.

PLEASE NOTE: Any and all of the above information is not to be misconstrued as a cure, diagnosis or treatment for any ailment or medical condition. It is provided as a personal opinion for research and educational purposes only.
