Hi Shelly, would like to ask you if it's alright to do a Liver-Flush while on Master-Cleanse and if so, when would be the right time, halfway or better more towards the end?
Also I have some liver-supporting herb-tea left over from previous LF's, can I substitute this for (some) plain water intake during Master-Cleanse or should I stick to the lemonade, plain water and lax-tea/SWF?
