Hi Shelley - Just discovered this forum yesterday and have to thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge. You also have a knack for making things easy for us fog-brained people to understand.

My question - You advised taking Milk Thistle for two months, stopping for a month and then continuing. What is the reason for this? Body gets used to it? What? Thanks
