Thanks so much for responding. Wow - worms!? How many weeks did it take to see them? Did you have the "die-off" effect they talk about? Any other positive or negative effects? I started with the bottled and moved to the packets, but I'm going back to the bottled (I'm not sure I steeped the packeted tea correctly). Again, thank you for sharing.
