Thank you for all your info. I started taking flax seed oil with cottage cheese & cayanne but it almost immediately made me begin to bleed so I stopped it. Do you or anyone else have any information of flax oil causing bleeding?

I have made a lot of posts here in the last few days and I knew I read about ozone somewhere so I started looking through all the replies and it was you! :) Thanks, I will look into it. I hope it's not expencive because I am what you would call ridiculously poor.
