You are correct! I'm ignorant, about many things. No, I don't work for a drug company. Avoiding toxins, eating natural, simple foods, exercising moderately, and thinking good thoughts are important for good health, in my opinion. Of course, once someone is all messed up from not taking care of oneself, just a great diet alone may not be a cure. Maybe some of these special formulas, as many have mentioned in this forum will get a person back on track. However, I don't think they will maintain good health without a conversion to a healthy lifestyle.
